Cushendall is set in the heart of the Glens, a beautiful area with many 'off the beaten track' places to discover and enjoy. It has restaurants and accommodation along with all the neccessary retail facilites that a rural area needs. The image above is of Tieveragh locally known as the fairy hill, complete with a fairy thorn tree. it overlooks the village, directly behind it is Lurig, a large table top mountain. The area is rich in heritage and history. |
